Rich's Mighty Fine Burgers & Grub is the result of almost two years of experimentation with different menu items out of a street food cart in downtown Salt Lake City. Rich opened his restaurant in the fall of 2009 in the heart of downtown, expanding the menu and continues to be the best homemade burgers and grub in Salt Lake City. Rich's uses only the best available products, including 100% organic dry aged angus chuck, hand-cut "rattle" fries, fresh daily produce, homemade sauces, seasonings, and proprietary buns baked fresh every day.
